TSG ResearchLab

People Analytics

In many domains, how cohesive a team is may explain how successful they are at completing a specific task while maintaining the needs of their group members. Appropriately, a large amount of interest has been dedicated into understanding what unites a group of individuals and allows them to consistently and successfully complete tasks.

Therefore, the aim of this project is to analyse how successful teams perform together across a range of different domains, analysing groups in team sports, businesses, medical wards, and social populations.

Fetaure One

Compassion and self-compassion can be used as an effective coping strategy to appropriately manage emotional difficulties and failures that are often encountered in sports, work, and everyday life.

Feature Two

Investigating whether there are common traits of psychological behavior in highly skilled individuals across various domains.

Feature Three

Exploring the cognitive attributes of first responders (i.e. firefighters and police).

Systematic and Standardized Measurements

A systematic and regular collection of data of situational requirements as well as individual personality and performance factors can ensure optimal coaching and development approaches.

The goal is the data-supported, individual promotion of maximum peak performance

Project Cooperations

CCARE, Stanford Medicine

The Center for Compassion and Altruism Research and Education (CCARE) collaborates together with the TSG ResearchLab on the measurement of compassion and self-compassion within various populations (i.e. students, elite level athletes).
